Diagnosing Nissan Patrol & Navara Early Electronic ZD30

In this training session ​​​​​​​Clinton Brett will focus on the 2000 to 2006 Nissan Patrol and Navara fitted with the ZD30 engine using the Bosch/ZEXEL VP44 electronic fuel system.

Clinton’s experience of diesels from the early 90’s saw the transition from mechanical through to electronic rotary and inline designs, providing him with an upper advantage when diagnosing electronic diesels.

Clinton will provide a description of the system, component operation and diagnostic procedures of common faults on the early Nissan ZD30 engine.
